@matejpp@tenforward.social Listen, that's whataboutism about non-fascists and not true. I know so many wonderful people in the USA, interested in science and suffering horribly. Not to speak of all the scientists who can't emigrate with a fingersnip because they have family. I work in scicomm journalism (living in the EU but publishing internationally) and I can tell you that people, also in the USA, are hungry for science as never before! Only the rightwingers love the narrative of the opposite. @superflippy@mastodon.xyz
