@riley@toot.cat Both the SNP and the Scottish Greens, the pro-independence parties in government, have joining the European Union as part of their manifestos. The Greens also mention the Nordic Council specifically. I guess an Independent Scotland will probably seek international collaboration with as many countries as possible when it makes sense.
