Re the question of PubMed being "polluted" by low-quality journals' content - I think we have to be pretty explicit with users about which recommended tools have the PubMed/WOS Core Collection "quality control" approach, and which recommended resources have the "we offer it all" approach like OpenAlex/Lens.
The new Martin Kulldorff journal to which Hilda refer? Its content has DOIs and is in Crossrefred and is in OpenAlex
