@vkc static site folk checking in w/$0.02: Got fed up w/ various hosting/generation solutions and recently landed on pages/posts in Markdown and a shell script that converts them to HTML. Not sure if I'll do comments but my initial idea is to have a small form to enter comments and then the page will regenerate, adding the comment as static content, no need to render on every req etc
