The nice thing about the discipline of sitting down every season to discuss and write down the goals for all the lab members, including me, is that at the end of the season we can actually check off and celebrate that various goals were achieved!! 🥳🎉 The folks who've been in the lab for a few rounds get really good about both being realistic and yet achieving good milestones, I've noticed. They don't hold back, and we cheer for any goals achieved. 😁 #academicchatter
