I know because I’ve done it. You have to climb the ranks at one before you are allowed to see the invite thread for the other.
The easiest way to get into the network is to take the entrance test for RED and share a bunch of music until you qualify for invites.

Well maybe they have closed since. I agree that RED is one of the best ways to get everywhere fairly directly. Brokenstones isn’t too hard to get in. Over the last year they have been opening official recruitment at many entry-level trackers with minimal requirements. GGn is harder but by no means difficult, but is available in less places. In general you should check lists of official recruitment if you want to get somewhere so you can plan a path.
