@Retreival9096@hachyderm.io @deviantollam@defcon.social If it were up to me, we would require every gun owner to undergo basic operational and safety training and demonstrate their comprehension of the above in a practical test at a range. They would also need to pass a test on the legal use of the gun. They already have something like this for concealed weapon permits, but it should be required of everyone IMO.
