@cjd@pkteerium.xyz CAREFULLY push dupont / clips into/onto the debug interface. Turn it on and check voltages with a multimeter before actually connecting though, because if you short it out it's toast.
Once it's booted, the UART shell (1544000 baud) should give you a login. The creds are ubuntu:ubuntu. The first upgrade you take will delete this account, so create a new account and/or change the root pw.
SSHd is also disabled by update, so apt install dropbear and configure on non-default port.

Okay perfect, that makes sense. We're about to find out if those cheap usb things will do 1544000 🤞
