With the corporate agentic-programming mandate in full effect, for every person that’s having a great time running agents galore, I see five more who are having a crisis of confidence, forgetting to trust their own experience and instincts, falling into the trap of thinking that if the agent didn’t produce the code then it can’t be valid. People are treating the agent as if its insights are more valuable than their own. The advice “treat it like a prodigious intern” doesn’t seem to help.
