If you can charge at home. I assume if you live in apartment and charging only at fast chargers it would get expensive fast. I assume it wouldn't be that difficult and expensive to build some basic chargers for charging your car over night but I don't know about this much, and how people would manage to find the parking space with charger since not every flat gets their own parking usually.
