Pretty cool AI powered bot to help answer user requests on our Slack at work... 😬 - human user: "your service does not work" - AI bot: "the team is aware of it and working on fixing it" - human owner of the service: "thanks for the report <human user>, I'll have a look" me, as a reader passing by: "uh, that bot is pretty pointless, right; is it just completely 'hallucinating'?" the explanation is... it noticed there was a similar user report a month ago, and at that time an owner answered "we're working on fixing it".... so, sure, same request, a month later, so *OBVIOUSLY* the context is the exact same, and *OBVIOUSLY* it's relevant to repeat what the owner said back then... 😶 (and omg, we're burning tokens on that... 😞 ) #aislop
