One of my oldest friends was telling me stories about his grandfather John. At one point, at the age of 99, John Miller was the oldest active pilot in the US. He started flying in 1922 and was the first to fly a rotorcraft across the US. He was also a famous cross-dresser under the name Felicity Chandelle, photographed by Mariette Pathy Allen.
