Mapping BNF MARC fields to ‘categories’, the human-readable meaning for a given MARC field" -- these fields are not MARC but UNIMARC, and similary "Table 3: Mapping SUDOC MARC fields to ‘categories’, the human-readable meaning for a given MARC field..." - these are neither MARC, but PICA fields.
