What's its current state? Does it report charge level, but not whether it is charging / discharging / unused?

@gri573@ieji.de @corvus_ch@social.corvus-ch.name iirc with 6.17.6 upgrade in pmaports charging status should work well, and battery percent works with +-10% deviation or something, so useful but not great
