When questioned in hearings today, they super promised it was dead without being under oath and outright refused to put it in writing.

Next up, a new innovative $1.8B fund for the defense of patriots. After all, these are all still at the proposal stage; you can make an infinite number of proposals, and then everyone spends energy fighting them, whan no effort is needed to make them.
