Woke up foggy and with a migraine. Supposed to have a dentists appointment in a few days but have to cancel cuz my support person (who goes with me) is sick. Appointment cancelled and asked to reschedule for sometime in July. I'm starting back on mood stabilizers after coming off them as a result of being in a haze of grief due to the death of my 2 elderly cats. Hopefully I feel more like myself.
