I'm working on teaching Valiant "middle" to sit between my legs. He gets it if I start it with him cornered in so his only option is middle. One he gets it. I'll start moving out of him being cornered.
I did try it without him cornered in and he pops up next to me instead.
However he's VERY enthusiastic.
