I keep forgetting to post that I *did* randomly find out what the exact risks are if your estrogen gets cut off before your natural menopause age and you don't have guy-typical T levels. It's the same whether you've always had E or not. It increases risk of heart disease, dementia, insomnia, and I think one other thing. I already knew about those risks. My oncologist thinks it's worth me being on tamoxifen and she knows her stuff...
