@johannes_lehmann@fediscience.org @nasamuffin@jorts.horse having reviewed a bunch of papers and seen them come back with significant (if not massive) improvements, how would this be implemented? Would an author upload a newer version and somehow archive the previous?

Is there a public process for ‚signing up as a reviewer‘? I have sometimes refused reviews for publications that had too restrictive access on the final publication, but I wouldn‘t mind ‚properly’ reviewing some open access papers, with an established questionnaire and an assignment process that would reduce bias.
