    @jalefkowit@vmst.io Indeed. I'm a big fan of "praise in public, criticize in private". I've seen a few folks in leadership trash people in public / on high-traffic internal mailing lists and that is seriously damaging in many ways. (Sometimes -- not too often -- I miss being a manager. I like to think I was getting good at it, but I'm not sad at being outside the corporate environment these days...)
