But even in those instances, since the image is really only downloaded once or twice it's not really an impact Maybe large misskey instances with no caching would become an issue, even though it's rare... So detection/ip bans against something like that might be necessary. Like spam downloading of the same asset by AP Servers could be a firewall rule or smth.
