Here, in Ecuador, massive protests are underway. There may be an agreement...conflicting reports. The indigenous people here have very effective protest strategies that the US might want to consider. However, President Noboa is a Trump-lite personality. A few protesters are dead. Many are injured. Some activist fought back sending violent soldiers to the hospital. Some hospitals won't help protesters. Bus drivers get fines for transporting protesters. Typically, they set up road blocks, shut down things. The govt. relents eventually. Now, is different. Especially after a visit from Narco Rubio.
