@mmby@mastodon.social @grendel84@tiny.tilde.website My SO was asked that question during a phone interview. She politely told the interviewer that it was illegal to ask candidates that in the state we live in , just so he wouldn't get into trouble. His response was "But I'm not in your state." 🤦‍♂️
