They "only" feel that those countries could be a little more brown. ...and then a little more brown, then a little more, then oh it's fine so far it can be a little more. You'll never get them to set a limit, because any limit or % would be arbitrary, a social construct. If the end state is a non-white country, well that's just natural evolution. It's been Ok so far why wouldn't a little more be fine? Leftism is the general rejection of limiting principles.
