#LifeDrawing log: a new model this session, and I felt like I had a pretty good art night too. I abandoned my white gelpen for the one-minutes since it just isn't reliable enough at putting down ink on the kraft paper, and switched back to pencils. The model gave us some very tricky poses with tough perspective and lots of overlap, so it was quite a workout! Chef's special was to draw a containing triangle for the pose before filling in the detail. The other two people I was there with also struggled with this, so it's nice to know I'm not alone in struggling with the "draw the containing space first" style of challenges.
