You can categorize your feeds, or view each feed on its own, or view all your unread articles in one screen (this is what I do). Not an NVDA user, but it should be accessible with that screen reader. Are you on iOS? The Lire RSS client works with it flawlessly and is also what I use. There's an extension for Chrome that helps you to detect if there are any RSS feeds. This is the one I use.
