If I had to vote between Trump and Claude, I would pick Claude as the lesser evil. Optimistically, I think it could do really great things, but I don't like that it's a centralized model controlled by a single entity. Pessimistically, I think it's like bringing a nuke to a gunfight. Once it got a foothold in politics, I don't know if a regular human could ever beat it again, because it can spit out infinite pages of very convincing propaganda.
