@saraislet@infosec.exchange If you can objectively measure productivity, you can compare two teams on which one is more productive, which means, you can fire the most unproductive teams! And make the compensation meritocratic! Can I give you a million dollars so we can disrupt the whole Silicon Valley? I need to come up with a good name for the yacht I'm going to buy.
