I worked @Kmart for years. Customers would ask me if I could help them, and I would say, "Surely". Can I return this? Surely. Can you help me find...Surely. FINALLY 5 years in someone said, "Thank you, and stop calling me Shirley" Damn that Airplane joke was a long time in the making!
