@su_liam@mas.to @ngaylinn@tech.lgbt The main thing I was thinking of is that there is a distinction between opioids; even if you *might* use a weaker opioid for a test, you might avoid fentanyl...unless the pain tolerance is necessary to justify it
For a while, doctors did overprescribe opioids, but have since tried to curtail it, because of the opioid epidemics; but often, someone talks about a new more powerful opioid. You do not need to *try* them to know that a more powerful opioid can be a problem.
