I remain unconvinced about these "smart" light bulbs and the like. I've been giving it a go recently and bought a few of the Philips Hue bulbs and a 'bridge' controller. Fiddly as hell to do anything with at the best of times, I think a old-school dimmer switch a nice lampshade would do what I want with much less of the hassle. And now I'm having some trouble with the home wifi, they become impossible to control and a hassle to even turn on! Not sure I'll be bothered with this for much longer
