I use rescribe (https://rescribe.xyz/) for OCRing PDFs and PDF Arrange (https://github.com/pdfarranger/pdfarranger) for simple arranging and deleting PDFs as it has a nice interface. (I use these on :tux: but they have :microsoft: ports)

@frechdachs@todon.eu unfortunately OCR wouldn't really work here, since the booklet has a lot of imagery...
