@dotproto@toot.cafe was really interesting thanks! Re top-level frame matching for DNR, I [proposed that here](https://issues.chromium.org/issues/40879376) and drafted a patch a while ago. I was asked to write a design document though and I've not had a chance yet. Would be great to see that progress (and I'd be happy to help implement in Chromium if I can, it's something that we could really use too).
