@BattleDwarfGimli that's fuckin' cool! When we were sent to NTC, they flew us out on C-141's. I didn't know that they were doing a cargo drop when we got there. So the inner rear pressure door lifts up like a garage door, then the outer fuselage clamshell doors opened and i could see OUTSIDE the plane WHILE IN FLIGHT. Then, I hear floopfloopfloop and the drag chutes for the cargo pallets opened and dragged the pallets out of the aircraft! The sudden shift of then loss of several tons of weight made the tail of the plane pendulum back and forth which is pretty fucking frightening to a passenger on the aircraft! It was wild. NTC sucked.
