It's been a good week for Critters in my neighbourhood 🦎 I've spotted the following recently: • a pair of Chinese hwamei noisily making a nest in the neighbour's yard • a mouse (or rat?) running along the backyard fence • little batties flying around in the field behind the house • the biggest!! gecko I've seen yet, also in the field • and a crow very angrily doing its best to scare off the neighbourhood cat, who was decidedly indifferent to its efforts
