@bersl2@furry.engineer I don't have a vision of a future without C. I am actively contributing to C. I just would like people to stop citing magic properties and attributing them to C when they have nothing to do with C. That doesn't improve the language design. It doesn't get us closer to a better C, or a more robust C, or a C that is more in line with its original principles. Part of improving this is being honest enough to recognize what a thing is good at, what it happens to be used for because it's incidental, and what it is bad at.
