@Myshkin@nicecrew.digital I'm no better, I've got a bp and HR monitor and honestly I wisely just never replaced the batteries and now it gathers dust in some corner somewhere. I'm sure I will use it again in time but I won't be doing so again unless things get genuinely bad. Not all information is useful.
