@ewen@social.ewenbell.com @caity@bne.social I agree, we were in Umbria most of the time and the flavors you can get out of like five ingredients and some pork are amazing! Well, I guess that shaving black truffles over everything and drinking Montalbano Sagrantino might have contributed!
