@jmaris@eupolicy.social and not only is a false positive making the work of law enforcement harder, it’s an accusation of something with grave social consequences.

We took the strategy of focussing on the technical issues with the proposal rather than taking the fundamental rights approach for the simple reason that the legal services of both parliament and the council have already said it is an unacceptable infringement on fundamental rights. We wanted to prove that in addition to this, it simply doesn't worK
