Good news ACM Financial Data Fans, the ACM released new high-level financial data on their CEO search page: https://www.acm.org/about-acm/ceo-search
TLDR: They made $2m in profit last year, up from $300k in 2024 (depending on how exactly you define profit. but both of these are using the definition consistent with my original article so I'm stuck giving them the $300k).
The projected loss of $6m--$8m by 2026 (see https://www.williamjbowman.com/blog/2025/10/03/are-the-acm-s-profits-supporting-its-mission-yet/) is still on track to be bullshit. The ACM remains highly profitable at the expense of its non-profit mission.

That uh "operating reserve" number is probably out of date. It's the same as their 2024 number, so it's probably much higher now. By between 10--12m would be my best guess, based on market trends and historical analysis. Their "operating reserve", i.e., giant hoarded surplus assets went up by $10m even in 2024, when they "only" made 300k in profit.
