Spent so much time on my knees the last couple of days (not in a good way either 😜 ) that I've taken more tramadol in the last 36hrs than I had in the previous 10 days. I have to be careful and ration them out, or the docs might take them away as they're an opioid. I'm not allowed to take anti-inflammatory meds orally after stomach surgery 8yrs ago... and have a mild codine reaction if I'm on them too long. So instead of taking painkillers for my pain. I only take them for 'extreme' pain.
