@enbykibby@blahaj.zone Very similar here It sounds stupid but what helped where shared notes. Answer the same questionaire (selfwritten) in different situations Maybe even a question about which name you like most Compare results and then you might see a pattern For example the same question you answered different at work/school than at home in the evening. that is what helped us alot. And regardning communication it was really really hard: We genuienly meditated Which sucked cause one of our biggest fears was being alone with our thoughts. And at somepoint we could distinguish eachother. For us thoughts are like Notes at a Board no one signs it they all just plop in but the handwriting is different even just a tiny bit. And at somepoint we figured how to sign it and how to use "letters" it was alot alot of therapy and communication. And boundaries. For example: I Mia am not in a relationship. Mergan is though. Even though i would love to make out with anyone i will not. Rust for example has a choclate he likes so we try to keep that in the house. Problem is DID is such a complicated Disease that it shows in so many ways that some Organisations consider splitting it up into more categories. Plus if you have things like ADHD or Autism it makes it so much more different again
