This #Pride Month, can we highlight teams that embrace queer people? I don't mean they're happy to include gay white men. I mean groups that GET IT, that we simply cannot afford to manage optics or accept tokenism for long. Surface level performance alone will fail us all. Do you know of a team that kept DEI throughout the pandemic, throughout the Trump election? A group that actually plans to be around for a while?
