@bonkers@nerdculture.de Oh – it struck me that you might be talking about *me* needing to hide this, instead of yelling about it on the internet – which is a fair point! I do think if someone has physical access, they're more likely to just take the (non-encrypted) passport or whatever 🙃
OTOH, if a bad actor actually knows me well enough to check the earrings, I probably have bigger problems...

@alexglow@chaos.social I was just kidding. You put your secret data in the most unprotected place :) Having grown up in a post-soviet environment, I remember people wearing special belts to carry the money on their bodies. Women also used their bras for the same purpose.
