This is so bizarre, I've always wondered why is that? Is this some sort of camouflage? They trying to pretend they are upstanding members of the community? Maybe it's their brain screaming that they have to atone, to ease the guilt? Some way to say "at least I'm not that bad, I've helped"? Or this is just some sort of sour grapes? "Those damn pedophiles ruined pedophilia!", Simpsons Scots meme style?
