One of my HDDs died recently and I lost about 2TB of the Good Porn 😢😢😢 and HDDs have gone up in price… do I bite the bullet and get another 8TB? I’ve got another 1TB that’s on the way out. I’ve thought about setting up RAID, but the cost/volume feels a bit excessive for stuff that’s not critical to backup. I’d probably want 4 x 8TB drives so I could do RAID10, but 🤑🤑🤑 and that was before the AI HDD price hike.
