finally turned a corner after my surgery, pain is much more manageable now. it was SO bad before friends. especially with the extra injuries i got when my fight or flight kicked in and they manhandled my jaw and neck. but, i wasn’t breathing properly or getting enough oxygen, and sometimes they have to hurt you to help you. had my follow up apt this morning and understand more about what happened during the surgery. they didn’t tell us much afterwards, and there were some small complications. so those are clarified now and i’m relieved i’m through the worst of it. also picked up my first cpap machine, hoping it helps me get better sleep and i have a psych apt in an hour to talk about the new anxiety meds ive been taking phew.
