Me this weekend: Fri 1900: stop spreadsheeting, go eat dinner. Fri 2000: return to MBPro; it won't wake up. Fri 2100: give up on all attempts to revive; book appt with Genius bar. Sat 1300: No genius can revive either; either new logic board or buy new MBAir. Sat 1500: Charge new MBAir, update system; migrate files from time capsule drive (last back up was at 1907 Fri). Sat 1800: Back to full use of all apps and can access all files. I can definitely recommend using Time Machine.
