@chickenhat@mstdn.social Toot is an app. This is what the description looks like in the app. Other pictures don’t have the text in a box, which makes me think that Toot! Is doing something non-standard.

@the_other_jon@mastodon.social I've never heard of Toot! What device do you use it on? I'm gonna go look in the play store. All I've been able to do here is follow the caption bot to remind me. But I can't ever see them. I have no idea why not
