@cstross@wandering.shop @isaackuo@spacey.space Yup. Metabolising a mole of ethanol (46g) produces three moles of water (54g). (And if you can capture / direct the two moles of carbon dioxide, that's a further 88g of reaction mass. Of course, you'll need to divert some of the metabolic products to the hydroponic tanks....)
